Last week I got curious about the "two grads" and found out that NONE of these people are the founders of EverQuote. I feel so cheated.

The guy and female had a class project, in which she put in more work than him. After turning in their thesis, the female realized she wanted to actually start the business and decided to ask her friend to be a business partner. She thought her friend didn't share the same passion as her, and became frustrated because she didn't want to put in all the work, again. That's when homeboy jumps back in the picture, but she realized he was probably going to take advantage of her again. Thus, she went back to her best friend, but it was too late. Homeboy had a copy of the thesis and all the notes and took advantage of the best friend who got dumped. So, at the end of the day, guess who started shaking up the insurance... Certainly not the one who originally had the idea and put in all the effort. Just another classic story... Aside from that, the two grads ended up selling the plan to the 2 highest bidders. Classic...
