The best part about the Giants winning the Super Bowl was.... well ...nothing at all.
Thanks to the Pats for a great season, punctuated by a devastatingly historic loss that is sure to echo through the ages.
As a Pats fan since '75, I can't say I have ever experienced a bigger sense of disappointment in any team at any time.
It's not that they couldn't have beaten the Giants, it's that they didn't adapt their game and didn't execute. They were the best team but just didn't play like it, so they go down in the books as the "Goliath" that got put down to the Giants' "David."
