A church that recites that last prayer during services is the kind of church I want to give 10 percent to.

A coworker once told me she used to play a game called Poo Dollar where she and her college classmates would rub a bill with dog crap and put it on a string and make the homeless chase it. Then I told everyone else at work about it and she stopped talking to me. It might not surprise you to learn that she is a lawyer.

Listen, I support almost everything involving poop, and did some terrible, nonsensical things in my day that I am truly embarrassed by. But proudly touting a game that needlessly and painfully adds to the indignity of homelessness - or, per this meme, as I read it, those in poverty - is a special level of awful. Maybe she stopped talking to you because the shame finally kicked it. Or maybe she is Linda Thompson.
